A spacious open plan living and dining room provides the ideal place for guests to relax and entertain with large sitting area overlooking one of the two private balconies and furnished with leather sofas, a SAT flat screen TV with a choice of UK channels and a DVD player with WIFI access also available to the main communal areas.
A fully fitted contemporary kitchen provides all the desired appliances including an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer to enable guests to prepare delicious meals during their stay.
A dining area is provided to the open plan living area and the spacious 24sqm private veranda is furnished with an alfresco dining for memorable dinner parties which overlook its charming rural setting and also enjoy distant sea views.
The beautiful sleeping accommodation is spacious and luxury furnished with 2 King size bedrooms with a newly fitted En-suite shower room to the master suite and a set of stylish twin single beds to the third spacious bedroom.
Direct access to the second balcony terrace can be enjoyed from the master king size bedroom and the twin bedroom.
A second family bathroom which is fitted with a power shower is also provided in the holiday home and a washing machine is also provided for guest’s convenience.
Guests driving throughout their stay can make the most of their own private covered parking space within the residence.
The luxury holiday home is ideally located by the resident’s two outdoor swimming pools, children’s play area, and Fitness centre complete with Gym, Sauna, indoor Jacuzzi and whirlpool. Please note that all apartments within this category are equally well furnished and appointed and that we will allocate you to one of these apartments prior to arrival. The management do however reserve the right to reallocate you to the same size apartment or upgrade to a larger property if available.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
