LCH Cyprus is part of Lake Como Homes Ltd (LCH). LCH is a very successful holiday letting company registered in the United Kingdom and operating on Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano, Switzerland, Hungary and Scotland.

With many thousands of booking per year from our portfolio of websites we represent hundreds of owners. We undertake all the marketing activities and legal & financial transactions needed to make holiday rental bookings in several languages with guests from around the globe.

We handle all complaints and liase with the managment company, secure deposits and organise all the detail elements of arrival instructions etc.

We work in close collaboration with Discovery Travel Network Ltd to provide maximum exposure for our sites, we also engage small travel agencies for people who prefer a high street service.

We have over 300 websites under our control and all our exclusively managed owners are given their own micro-website and properties marketed on third party sites.

We have our own in-house design and development team who produce adverts for traditional media and satellite websites to support the main booking site. With over 90% of all travel now being researched on the net a broad and deep net prescence is necessary.

We market properties in 3 languages and have multi-lingual staff in our booking offices. We take online and offline bookings in Sterling and Euros, by credit card or by wire transfer.

All owners of properties that we market are also eligible for holiday discounts on properties in other countries.

LCH Cyprus is new for 2010/11 and we working with local management companies to provide a seamless and enjoyable holiday experience.
